General Provisions and Definitions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bjlife platform and all services operated under it. "bjlife", "Platform", "we", "our" — these words refer to bjlife. "User", "you", "your" — these words refer to the person using the platform.

- Account: A personal user profile registered on bjlife.
- Balance: The total amount of money held in your account.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

Account Registration and Eligibility
Meeting the eligibility conditions below is mandatory to register on the bjlife platform. If any condition is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the account at any time.

To register on and use the bjlife platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. We may request identification for age verification at any time.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may create only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.
2.3 Registration Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information will be considered a violation of the terms and may result in account cancellation. It is the user's responsibility to update their information immediately if anything changes.
2.4 Verification Process
bjlife may request identity verification at any time in accordance with its Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. Identification documents may be required before withdrawal or for transactions above a certain limit. A national ID card, passport or driving licence are acceptable for verification.
Account Security and Responsibility
Keeping your account secure is entirely your responsibility. bjlife will never ask for your password by phone, email or any other means.
3.1 Password Protection
- Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone.
- If you notice any suspicious activity, change your password immediately and notify our support team.
- Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.
3.2 Responsibility for Account Use
You are responsible for all transactions and activities carried out on your account. bjlife is not liable for unauthorised use by a third party, though we are committed to providing every possible assistance.
3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited
Transferring, selling or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
All financial transactions on the bjlife platform are secured with SSL encryption technology. We support the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh.
4.1 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer.
- Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
- No additional charges apply to deposits.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals are made only to verified accounts.
- Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering
bjlife strictly follows anti-money laundering policies. For suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to investigate the account and place a hold on transactions. Funds deposited must come from a legitimate source.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on the bjlife platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currency, the prevailing exchange rate will apply.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
bjlife offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions, which the user must read carefully.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 15 times the total bonus amount.
Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000.
Example 2: Deposit ৳10,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳18,000.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may be claimed once only.
- Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit to earn the bonus.
- Some games may contribute fully or partially towards bonus wagering — see the specific promotion page for details.
- If a violation of the bonus policy is detected, bjlife reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and any related winnings.
- Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or the same device is prohibited.
5.3 VIP Program
bjlife offers four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.6% for Silver, up to 0.9% for Gold, and up to 1.2% for Platinum. You can advance to a higher tier through regular active play.
5.4 Right to Modify Bonuses
bjlife reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time. A notice will be provided on the platform before any changes take effect.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play
bjlife is committed to providing a fair, transparent and safe gaming environment for all players. Our games are supplied by reputable software providers and operate on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
6.1 Game Operations
All games on bjlife are operated by third-party game providers. Games from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe and other reputable providers are available on this platform.
6.2 Technical Errors
If the result of a game becomes uncertain due to a technical error or server issue, the bet for that round will be refunded. bjlife is not obligated to honour false winnings displayed due to technical reasons.
6.3 Betting Limits

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjlife platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
7.1 Cheating and Fraud
- Using any software, bot or automated method to gain an advantage in a game.
- Deliberately exploiting errors or bugs in the game system.
- Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
7.2 Bonus Abuse
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
- Attempting to meet wagering requirements using low-risk betting strategies.
- Using a family member's or third party's account to fulfil bonus conditions.
7.3 Other Prohibited Activities
- Money laundering or illegal financial activity through the platform.
- Harassment of other users or harmful behaviour.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to bjlife's intellectual property or systems.
Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 bjlife's Right to Act
bjlife may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of the Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Regulatory or legal reasons.
8.2 User's Right to Close Account
You may request to close your account at any time. If there are no pending transactions at the time of the request, the account will be closed and any remaining balance will be returned.
8.3 Balance of a Closed Account
If an account is closed due to a rule violation, funds related to bonuses may be forfeited at bjlife's discretion. However, legitimately deposited principal funds will be returned subject to verification.
Limitation of Liability
bjlife operates as an entertainment platform. Our liability is limited in the following matters.
9.1 Liability for Service Disruption
bjlife is not directly liable for service disruptions caused by technical issues, server downtime, loss of internet connection, or any other unforeseen circumstances. We strive to ensure maximum uptime.
9.2 Liability for Game Outcomes
Game outcomes are entirely random and dependent on probability. bjlife does not guarantee any specific winnings. bjlife is not liable for any money lost.
9.3 Liability for Third-Party Services
bjlife is not directly liable for any issues with services provided by payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) or game software providers. However, we will always cooperate to help resolve any such issues.

Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises between bjlife and a user, an attempt will first be made to resolve it through discussion.
13.1 Complaint Submission Process
Submit any complaint through our 24/7 live chat or by email. Upon receipt of a complaint, we will investigate and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
13.2 Final Decision
In the event of a dispute, bjlife's technical logs and records will be considered as final evidence. If a dispute remains unresolved after a reasonable investigation, arbitration through a neutral third party may be arranged.
